Everything you need to know about DocketPro, pricing, Ontario compliance, and getting started.

What is DocketPro?

DocketPro is legal practice management software built for Canadian law firms. It combines case and matter management, LSO By-Law 9 trust accounting, billing, documents, calendars, tasks, client portals, native e-signatures, intake and CRM tools in one workspace.

Is DocketPro designed for Ontario law firms?

Yes. DocketPro includes Ontario-specific workflows such as LSO By-Law 9 trust accounting, Form 9A Electronic Trust Transfer Requisitions, an Ontario LTB order search, and a built-in Ontario court location database for filing, service and court dates.

How much does DocketPro cost?

Core Practice is $89 CAD per month. The A.I. Options add-on and CRM+ add-on are each $39 per month. The Full Bundle, which includes Core Practice plus both add-ons, is $159 per month. All prices are in Canadian dollars. A free trial is available and no credit card is required to start.

Does DocketPro handle LSO By-Law 9 trust accounting?

Yes. DocketPro's trust accounting is built around LSO By-Law 9 requirements. You can reconcile trust accounts against bank statements, zero out differences, and generate Form 9A Electronic Trust Transfer Requisitions directly from the matter file.

What is the Ontario LTB Order Search?

The Ontario LTB Order Search pulls party and representative details from a Landlord and Tenant Board order in one step and adds them straight to the matter file and billing, reducing manual data entry and supporting LSO Rule 3.1 competence and accuracy obligations.

What are the Ontario Court Locations?

DocketPro includes a built-in Ontario court location database so you can quickly find the right court address, filing details, and service rules when scheduling court dates or preparing documents.

Does DocketPro include e-signature?

Yes. Native e-signature is included with the Core Practice plan at no extra charge and with no per-envelope limit, unlike some competitors that treat e-signature as a paid add-on.

Can I share a matter with another DocketPro user or firm?

Yes. Matter Sharing lets you share a matter with other DocketPro users and control which sections they can access, making co-counsel, coverage, and referral work easier.

Does DocketPro work on mobile devices?

Yes. DocketPro is a web-based application that works on modern desktop and mobile browsers, so you can access matters, calendars, tasks, and client intake tools from your phone or tablet.

What payment providers does DocketPro support?

DocketPro supports LawPay, Helcim, and Stripe payment integrations, giving your firm flexibility in how you collect client and trust payments.

Is my data secure?

DocketPro uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and secure hosting. We also provide detailed privacy and security terms in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Can I import data from another practice management system?

Yes. Migration help is included. Our team can assist with importing contacts, matters, calendars, documents, and other records from most common practice management platforms.
